Hell's Kitchen

As a Retired Chef , it really is scary how many Bad Cooks claim to be Chefs , but Chef Ramsay always seems to Weed out the fakes but in the beginning it isn't always easy to tell who will be there in the end! I always wondered to people have to pay to eat there and is someone else taking over the cooking , when Chef throws the lot of the Red & Blue Team out of The Kitchen ! It amazes me , no one has cheap-shotted Chef , after he gives a tongue -lashing & debasing ! Great drama amongst competitors , and as a Chef , you really do scream at your cooks and belittle them in the heat of the moment. Well I did but when I hired cooks I let them know , what Hell to expect....that was long before Chef Ramsay became a Star on the Tube. I still believe he saw me screaming in my Restaurant long ago and copied my behavior , except I threw stuff at my cooks and apologized , only if I made contact !
